30 Year Mortgage Rate have risen to 4.28%.

 Prices and Unit Sales fell from Jan to Feb for Singles, Condos, Multis. 

 Month Over Month, Feb 22 vs Jan 21, 

  • Median Sold Prices fell:
    Single Families -2.6%;  Condos -12.7%;  Multi-Families -1.2%
  • Unit Sales were Down:
    Single Families -30.3%, Condos -16.8%, Multi-Families -34.4%
  • Active Listings (Inventory) Down:
    Single Families -3.3%, Condos -19.7%, Multi-Families  0%

  • Median Sold Price Mixed: 
    Single Families +1.6%; Condos -5.9%;  Multi-Families +9.4% 
  • Unit Sales Fell:
    Single Families -21.3% , Condos -15.7%, Multi-Families -23.1%.
  • Active Listings (Inventory) Down:
    Single Families -34.0%; Condos -46.6%; Multi-Families -54.3%
